All our houses are
particular and so is our third house - Baladur 3. We took the idea
from a typical Istrian court yard – village farm(ing). All
accommodation unit in this house are suitable for two persons.
House: bedroom with matrimonial bed, bathroom, living room with a pull
out couch and a fireplace and kitchenette in the same room, closed
terrace.
Studio: kitchenette, livingroom and bathroom on the ground floor,
matrimonial bed on the gallery.
Room: matrimonila bed, bathroom,little gallery.
Summer kitchen:a closed space (30m2)between the studio and the room,
completely eqiped, ideal for gathering and associating.
In the central part there is a closed court yard with a well, ideal
for sunbathing.
